Learners may be added in Health Scholars by either an admin or through a self-registration link, where the learner may create their own account.
To manually add a learner select "Add New" from the Manage Users screen.
You will have to fill in the following information for the learner:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Role - Choose "Learner"
- Learner Type - Student, Resident or Fellow, Professional Staff or Other
To have learners create their own account in Health Scholars, you will have to send them a Self Registration Link. To send this, select "Self-Register Link" from the top of the screen.
You will have to submit the following information:
- Type - Student, Resident or Fellow, Professional Staff or Other
The learner will receive an email with instructions for creating their account.
